LifeSpire of Virginia's Board of Trustees approved plans to expand two of its life plan communities with five new hybrid home buildings — three at Lakewood in Richmond (adding 42 residences) and two at The Summit in Lynchburg (adding 22 residences). The expansion responds to strong demand for private, campus-style living with access to a full continuum of care. Move-ins are expected in early 2027.
